Since its foundation in 1999, Solid Facade has been active in the aluminium curtain wall industry and has successfully implemented dozens of different materials on exterior facades of buildings.

The production continues in Darica / KOCAELI factory which has 8,000 m² closed area and 8.000 m² open area. In addition, project managing, planning, tender, purchasing, accounting and site managing processes are directed from the Ataşehir head office, which has an area of approximately 1,300 m².

Solid Facade has experience of many products such as glass facades, aluminium joinery, aluminium composite metal claddings, ceramic & sinterfleks and compact laminate claddings, canopies, balustrades, automatic door applications and so on. Solid Facade can also works with special materials chosen for projects and solve the application details.

Solid Facade works with so many domestic and foreign product alternatives which are the sector directors. And Solid Facade aims to offer the most suitable solutions to the demands of the customers with price / performance comparisons.

Having signed hundreds of projects in Turkey, Solid Facade has successfully completed the exterior applications of many foreign projects such as the UK, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Algeria, Mali and Bosnia Herzegovina.

Solid Facade has an experienced technical team and a capable production capacity to produce all profile processing operations, to manufacture all kinds of sheet metal processes and to make all steel infrastructure and anchor productions.

Solid Facade manages all administrative processes which begins contract to projecting, finance, procurement, production, shipment, assembly and accounting through ERP system under digital platform. And closely follows the technological developments in the sector in order to increase production quality.

Preliminary

After the contract, all of the project processes such as design, procurement, production and assembling are governed by the ERP system with the detailed work schedule “WBS” (Work Breakdown Structure) which is based on activity list.

Application Project

Before the application project study, necessary measurements are made with precision optical devices and the creation of real façade model is provided in computer environment.

With the application project, real application axes, system sections, material preferences, connection and insulation details are prepared for material order.

Material Resources Planning

The procurement process is managed through the ERP system, ensuring that the required materials are included in the inventory within the optimum time and conditions.

Manufacturing orders are sensitively prepared by the project team with all details suitable with WBS and presented to the planning department.

Profile Production Line

All of our façade and joinery profile productions are produced in leading precision and fast CNC machines. In our profile production line, there are 2 NC double head cutting benches, 3 CNC profile machining centres, 2 units full automatic lathes and full automatic corner presses as well as many different production benches.

With our machine park and annual production capacity of 200.000 m², our production facilities are among the top 10 facilities in the sector.

Sheet Metal Line

In our plate workshop where aluminium, sheet metal and composite panel manufacturing are performed, there are many workbenches including CNC composite panel processing centre, vertical composite processing machines, CNC punch machine, NC controlled braking and guillotine machines, cylindrical plate bending machine and corner plucking machine.

In our current plate production line, we are able to produce all kinds of mechanical processes required for our project manufacturing in appropriate quality and speed. In order to answer the project requirements, we are constantly renewing our machinery park, which has an annual production capacity of 100.000 m².

Material Resources Planning

The products that are produced are barcoded after quality control and shipped to the assembly site.

With the help of handy bar terminals, the products are accepted to the construction site warehouse.

Installation

All safety precautions are taken prior to assembly and our Work Safety experts are inspected with the appropriate frequency.

The assembly process is carried out by profeessional assembly teams with expert supervision in the field. After the necessary measurements and checks, the progress payments are arranged through the ERP system and presented to the relevant departments for control and approval.
